Cheese Farm Mathijssen

On the farm in Udenhout, Brabant, they passionately do everything themselves. The calves are raised to become future dairy cows themselves, the cows are milked twice a day and from this they make their own cheese and raw-milk Boeren Roombutter.

The cheeses mature on the farm in their own maturing rooms so that they can be offered and sold at all ages. For Farmhouse Cheese and Farmers' Butter, you are most often welcome from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm!
