Since 2022, 013 x The Cat’s Back presents Cat’s Cult! Every first Wednesday of the month, we organize a punk/garage night featuring emerging Dutch bands. These shows take place in the small Tilburg bar The Cat's Back, and admission is free!

Max Hell seemingly emerged out of nowhere at the end of 2021, taking the stage with his band in support acts for Sophie Straat and Personal Trainer, among others, to showcase their gritty Amsterdam rattle rock. Hell's music had been around longer, born as experiments in his bedroom with the microphone of his laptop. He formed a band with old friend Nathan Schipper and was later joined by Mirjam Alexander and Joy Burgers. Live, Max Hell is known for energetic performances, alternating between "pop with punk powder" and sudden "belly screams".

Coincidentally, that very band is performing at Cat's Back for this edition of Cat's Cult. This 4-headed creature is playful and somewhat stubborn. Their superpower involves spitting flames and throughout the venue, you can hear echoing adlibs and fuzzy guitars. In 2023, the band appeared at Popronde and was rated as one of the 3voor12 talents of Popronde. During the kick-off in Nijmegen, the group was declared one of the acts that managed to convince within 10 minutes, so let yourself be convinced here too!
