Tank and The Bangas, led by the charismatic vocalist Tarriona 'Tank' Ball, have been hailed as America's best live band, and for good reason. The Huffington Post refers to their show as 'music you must experience'. They have previously performed at Lowlands, Pukkelpop, and North Sea Jazz, and in 2017, they won the NPR Tiny Desk contest.
The world-renowned Metropole Orkest has collaborated with numerous major artists, and they now add Tank and The Bangas to their impressive list. The orchestra is conducted by American/Portuguese conductor and producer Jacomo Bairos, regarded as one of the most dynamic orchestra leaders of his generation.
Tonight, they join forces for a special collaboration and can be admired together on our Main stage!
