Rosalie Tilburg

In the kitchen is always burning a wood fire on which the most delicious dishes are prepared. They have an extensive menu full of (Natural) wines and Special beers. A new hotspot in town. We are talking about Rosalie.

Who are the entrepreneurs?

"Three entrepreneurs from Tilburg. Bart Kolen is responsible for concept and kitchen, Bud Stubbe for the 'front', operation and team, and John Mouthaan for marketing and sales."

What do people come to Rosalie for?

"Any time of the day you can drop in for a bite to eat and a drink. Surprising, accessible and very tasty. With rock-solid (natural) wine and a generous assortment of canned, bottled and draught beer, there is something for everyone. What makes Rosalie so special?

"All our dishes are prepared on the open fire. We change daily with honest and high-quality meat, fish and veggie dishes, allowing you to wonderfully alternate. The spacious, heated terrace at the head of Korte Heuvel provides a cozy setting. Because of this fine location, a visit can be perfectly combined with a visit to 013 or a night out in Tilburg."

What is typically Tilburgian about the restaurant?

"We are three Tilburg entrepreneurs who are proud of Tilburg. We applaud all developments in the various atmospheric areas (Spoorzone, Dwaalgebied, Piushaven, squares, city forum) and we ourselves want to give an impulse to the little square in front of Belle Vue. A little square under the trees at the head of Korte Heuvel and next to 013.
We like to contribute to all important Tilburg events such as Carnaval, Roadburn, Hap Stap, Tilburgse Kermis, Red Hair Day and organize regular activities ourselves (Bar Take Overs, Beer Tastings and Summer Sessions with acoustic music on the terrace). We love Willem II and have a warm heart for the club.
We think Tilburg has a lot to offer and want to contribute to the connection between the people of Tilburg, students, tourists, concertgoers and between the different areas of the city. We offer the Tilburg hospitality and high quality food prepared by our chefs on the open fire."
