What makes Gin Fizz eccentric?

"Gin Fizz is first and foremost known in Tilburg for its wide range of gin & tonic! In recent years, in addition to our classic cocktails, our signature cocktails have also become very popular. These are cocktails that you can only get at our place and that involve a lot of work. Think bourbon aged in our own barrels, homemade syrups, pepper tinctures and many other preparations that are reflected in these unique drinks!"

What do people come to the bar for?

"For the cocktails, that is. And if you don't like cocktails, that's not a problem either. On the terrace and at the bar, creative Tilburg comes together for drinks or a dance. In addition, Gin Fizz is a place where you can go for a piece of night culture. We work with our own resident DJs, but also with (inter)national artists and artists."

What is typically Tilburgian about your business?

"A number of things: the breeding ground for starting Tilburg artists. The interior designed by artist Vera Meulendijks. And at the entrance to Gin Fizz hangs a typical Broekhoven shutter that guests can raise and lower themselves. Every month a new work of art is created behind it, curated by Vera."
