An ice cream concept, originally from Thailand where different flavors of ice cream are made on the spot.
On a very cold plate, which is cooled to -30. This is then shaped into rolls with a spatula. And with these rolls you can vary in many different ways ... Add different flavors and toppings. Like fresh fruit, chocolate or candy!
