In Plan-t there is room for companies focused on creation, digitization and data protection. These can be smaller companies - such as a marketing agency or a software company run by two people - to a large organization such as BDO, which occupies the entire third floor. Among the tenants are many relatively young companies that, one way or the other, focus on marketing and communications or on digitization and data fication.

Pleasant atmosphere

The view of the interior of Plan-t is quite impressive. Also on the inside, the building consists mainly of glass. The six floors are curved in square form around the central part of the building. If you look up from the first floor, you can see the roof, far above you. This gives the complex a pleasant and open feeling. A place where, you feel, you can breathe freely. "Everything in this building is aimed at making people feel comfortable here, healthy," explains Noortje. "That's in the architecture of the building, and in very small details like windows that - despite the climate control in the building - can just open."

The first floor of Plan-t is accessible to everyone, and should eventually become an extension of the station square located in front of it. Residents of the Spoorzone walk in for a visit to the hairdresser or gym, entrepreneurs from the city center come for a business appointment to one of the meeting rooms that Plan-t offers. Noortje: "These facilities are available to everyone. And of course we make the use of them even more attractive for our tenants. They can use these two larger meeting rooms on the first floor at low rental prices."

Cross-pollination

An elevator or staircase takes you to the upper floors, which are only accessible to tenants. A precisely programmed tag gives them access to the right spaces. On the second floor are twelve offices. At a table in the common entrance of the floor, employees from neighboring companies meet. They share a pantry, meet at the coffee machine. Or they relax together in the shared chill room, with playstation, pool table and games. "Tenants already easily walk into each other's homes," notes Noortje. "And that is exactly what we had in mind with Plan-t. A pleasant and nice workplace for our tenants, where there is also room for cross-pollination between the companies."

Tenant Paul Legro (commercial director Bisley) nods in agreement. "As tenants among ourselves, we already have regular contact with each other. And I can imagine that this will only increase in time. For example, to consult with each other about a business question. With all the knowledge and expertise available here - why not knock on the door of your neighbors?"

Inspiring location

On the highest floor of Plan-t you look far out over the city. From over the roof of the LocHal towards the east, via the railroad to the south and west. The Brabander residential tower will be built on the north side of the building in a few years' time. Paul: "In Plan-t we will establish ourselves with a working showroom for office furniture. The Spoorzone is extremely suitable for receiving our customers, who are mostly project designers and architects. Because of its location, right next to the station, but also because it is a particularly attractive area for creative minds to find inspiration. And yes, Plan-t is state of the art - I think the most progressive business center in Tilburg at the moment."

New Plan-t tenants get their space delivered completely ready to use, explains Noortje. And there is always room to think if space needs to be bigger or smaller. The rest of the interior design is completely up to the tenants. "All connections are available. For larger spaces for a private pantry, and of course there is access to a super fast fiber network.

The location is also very suitable for blowing off some steam in one of the nearby cafes, for example....... In the Spoorzone you can also have a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. Noortje: "With Plan-t, we are adding a new step to the entrepreneurial climate here in the Spoorzone and offering space for the knowledge of tomorrow. Companies that have outgrown Building 88, for example, will now find their place in Plan-t. In this way, together with the tenants, we are contributing to a creative, entrepreneurial city."
