Before becoming The Bros. Landreth, Joey and Dave were simply looking for a good excuse to spend more time together. Their early years were spent as band members for other artists and as session musicians until Joey called his older brother during an unusually long and challenging tour with a simple proposition: 'When I come home, let's sit down and make music together.' That phone call would be the turning point - they focused on their own roots rock sound that was later celebrated on their critically acclaimed debut album 'Let it Lie.'

The album was widely praised, won multiple awards, and led the band to tour over 400 times worldwide. After three years of non-stop touring, the band took a break, and Joey moved from Winnipeg to Toronto. The break gave Joey the opportunity to release his debut album 'Whiskey' in 2017 and his follow-up album 'Hindsight' in early 2019, accompanied by extensive touring. With these albums, Joey solidified his reputation as a first-class guitarist, songwriter, and performer. While his growing solo career may have slowed down the timeline for The Bros. Landreth, they never stopped writing. This comeback tour marks both the release of their very first album and the launch of a new record. The band will perform two sets, an acoustic and a regular set!
