"Making art accessible to a wide audience", with this in mind, Van Loon Galleries is extremely proud to announce this year's 6th edition of the Biennale Brabant; the experience exhibition where art and culinary enjoyment come together.
Classical, modern, expressive and figurative art
The more than 40 exhibiting artists at the Brabant Biennial are particularly interested in the art streams of classical, modern, expressive and figurative. In the broadest sense of the word and in various art forms, such as painting, sculpture, glass and photographic art. Joris van Loon, owner of Van Loon Galleries, is extremely happy to be able to exhibit the artists' work again: "Surely the greatest common denominator of the artists we select is that their works are intriguing reflections of a unique view of today's world. This makes the Biennale not only an art event, but also a stage for contemporary ideas, impressions and feelings, translated with care and dedication into art that truly touches."

Van Loon: "The motivation for starting to organise the Brabant Biennale at the time was to make art accessible to young and old. They want to remove as much as possible the barrier people experience when entering a gallery. Artists' stories deserve to be heard. And the more people experience the beauty of art, the better. Biennale seems to be succeeding in that aim: the audience is becoming more and more varied. They are incredibly happy about this: After all, art is for everyone!
Culinary delights
Wijnstra Catering will open a pop-up brasserie throughout the exhibition. The 'Biennale Brasserie' is the place to recover from all the impressions, to enjoy your art purchase or to meet friends and acquaintances.
